Rooms may be rented for double occupancy during the school year. Semester and summer contracts are available as well. Rates include housing during Thanksgiving recess, but not winter or spring breaks. An upperclassman housefellow resides on each floor to assist students with personal or academic questions, and to enforce the Short Course dorm policies. A $100 damage deposit is required to reserve a room.
To apply to the FISC residence halls for the semester or academic year, please complete our online reservation form.
All students on contract also have a food service membership fee included in their rent. Each student decides the dollar amount they wish to put in their food choice account. Most students find $400/semester covers food costs. For more information see the Dining & Meal Plans page.
