Who Should Consider This Option:

  • Current employees in the turfgrass industry
  • Working individuals who are interested in moving into careers within the turfgrass industry
  • Individuals with limited time and resources to spend on education (don’t forget, we have funding opportunities to help you pay for your education!)
  • Individuals interested in further education but do not want or need an undergraduate degree

Year 1


You will pursue the Turfgrass Management Certificate.

This certificate covers specialized content and information on turfgrass production and management. Through elective courses, students can develop knowledge in the business side of turfgrass management.

This certificate covers relevant and important topics related to managing a farm, agribusiness, or working within the agricultural industry in today’s changing economy and environment.
